At the heart of our placement process lies the CRPR checkpoint – an internal review of your Communication, Problem-Solving, Resume, and Projects to ensure you're fully ready for hiring.
Once CRPR is cleared, you enter our Placement Activation Pool. We start matching you with our hiring partners, schedule interviews, and assist with everything from mock interviews to follow-ups. Throughout the entire journey, a dedicated Program Manager provides 1-on-1 mentorship — tracking your progress, offering tailored feedback, and staying by your side until you get your job offer.
